Consent to Personal Data Processing for Web Analytics

01 Personal data
Yandex Metrica identifiers in cookies and browser storage (prefixed with _ym), IP address, browser, operating system, device and screen information, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, pages viewed on the website, referrer, visit date and time, clicks, scrolling and link clicks.
Session recordings (Webvisor) and form field contents are not collected.
02 Purpose
Obtaining statistics on visits and website use, assessing which sections are useful and improving the website. The controller works with Yandex Metrica reports and does not use this data for advertising or decisions with legal effects.
03 Operations and processing method
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated means.
YANDEX LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia) processes the data on the controller’s behalf under the Yandex Metrica terms of use.
04 Duration
Consent remains valid for 365 days after clicking Accept unless withdrawn earlier. The website then asks for a choice again.
05 Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn at any time: click Cookie settings in the footer and choose Decline, or email privacy@uteam.dev.
After withdrawal, collection stops: the Yandex Metrica code is not loaded, and its cookies and storage entries are removed from the website domain.
06 Choice record
The choice, its date and the version of this text are stored in the visitor’s browser in the uteam_analytics_consent entry. Without consent, the Yandex Metrica code is not loaded on any page.
