01 General provisions
The controller processes personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation and applies this Policy to data received through the website.
The website is intended for professional communication about multiplayer game development. Do not submit passwords, access keys, payment data, special-category data or biometric personal data through the form.
02 Data we process
Inquiry data
Name, email, team or company, selected client engine and the project message.
Technical data
IP address, request date and time, browser and device information, technical logs and secure-form session data.
Web analytics data
Only with the visitor’s consent: Yandex Metrica identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referrer, clicks and scrolling.
03 Purposes and legal bases
- Handling an inquiry
- Receiving, storing and reviewing the message, replying to the sender and discussing potential cooperation. The legal basis is the sender’s consent.
- Website operation and security
- Maintaining a secure form session, remembering the language selected by the visitor, preventing automated spam, diagnosing errors and protecting lawful interests. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in a working and protected website (Article 6(1)(7) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
- Web analytics
- Collecting visit statistics with Yandex Metrica to understand which sections are useful and to improve the website. The legal basis is the visitor’s separate consent (Consent to Personal Data Processing for Web Analytics), which may be refused or withdrawn at any time.
- Legal compliance
- Handling data-subject requests and meeting obligations under the laws of the Russian Federation.
04 Processing operations
Processing may be automated or mixed and may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, limited disclosure to processors, restriction, deletion and destruction.
The controller does not publish or sell inquiry data, use it for bulk advertising, or make decisions with legal effects solely by automated processing.
05 Storage and deletion
The primary inquiry database and its initial processing are located in the Russian Federation. Inquiry data is kept for no longer than 12 months after submission unless a separate contractual or legal basis arises.
When the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted within the period required by law unless another lawful basis requires retention. Backup copies disappear through scheduled rotation.
Web-server technical logs are not used to identify visitors and are overwritten by automatic rotation. Web analytics statistics are kept in Yandex Metrica for as long as the controller uses the service.
06 Processors and transfers
Russian hosting, backup and email providers may be engaged to operate the website. They receive only the data required for the relevant service and must protect its confidentiality and security.
If a visitor consents to web analytics, YANDEX LLC (TIN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia) processes the data on the controller’s behalf under the Yandex Metrica terms of use.
The website runs without foreign proxies or CDNs. Personal data is not transferred across borders or sent to foreign analytics or advertising systems. The Policy and required notices will be updated before that changes.
08 Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent. Write from the email used in the inquiry to privacy@uteam.dev and describe the request. Web analytics consent can also be withdrawn with the Cookie settings button in the footer.
The controller may request additional information needed to verify identity and prevent deletion at the request of an unrelated person.
09 Protection and Policy updates
The controller applies legal, organisational and technical safeguards proportionate to the data: access restriction, encrypted transport, backups, event logging and software updates.
The current Policy is always published at this address. Material changes apply to new inquiries after the new version and consent text are published.
